Romulus Civilization Equipment has good debuff attributes, and both buffs and debuffs are mainly for the entire troops. After obtaining Romulus’s civilization scrolls, you can forge the corresponding equipment in Wonder. After owning Romulus’s equipment, you can improve its basic attributes through a series of ways, and you can also add additional equipped attributes or even owned attributes that can take effect without wearing them. How to Obtain Romulus Civilization Equipment
You can get Civilization Scroll Chest II at the King’s Party event. Then, open the chest to select different Romulus Civilization Equipment.
King’s Party’s cake reaches Lv4 to claim Civilization Scroll Chest II Conquest and reaches Lv10 to claim Civilization Scroll Chest II Supremacy.
The Conquest chest contains fragments of helmet, bracers, and leg armor, and the Supremacy chest contains fragments of armor, spear, and boots.
Each piece of equipment has 30 fragments in the chest, which can be directly synthesized into the corresponding equipment scroll.
Use the civilization scroll and requirement materials to craft corresponding civilization equipment in Wonder.

Romulus Civilization Equipment Buffs Upgrade & Related Rules
We can increase civilization equipment’s basic attributes by upgrading stars and amplifying. Besides, we can add new attributes to each piece of equipment by refining it.
1. Upgrade Star (Golden stars)
Civilization equipment can consume different amounts of Gold upgrade star. After it reaches 5 stars, the ‘Amplify’ function can be enabled.
Gold Consumption:
- 1 star – Gold * 5M
- 2 star – Gold * 8M
- 3 star – Gold * 12M
- 4 star – Gold * 16M
- 5 star – Gold * 20M
2. Amplify
After upgrading to 5 stars, you can use the amplify feature to further improve your civilization equipment.
You need to consume different amounts of corresponding Civilization Equipment Scroll Fragments and Meteoric Stones. Amplify can greatly improve the basic equipped attributes of equipment.
You can activate Star Atlas once every time you amplify a star. After amplifying, you need to enter the Star Atlas interface and click ‘Activate’.
Amplify Consumption:
- 1 star – Corresponding Scroll Fragment * 8 + Meteoric Stone * 100
- 2 star – Corresponding Scroll Fragment * 12 + Meteoric Stone * 160
- 3 star – Corresponding Scroll Fragment * 16 + Meteoric Stone * 220
- 4 star – Corresponding Scroll Fragment * 24 + Meteoric Stone * 320
- 5 star – Corresponding Scroll Fragment * 30 + Meteoric Stone * 400
The Way to Get the Meteoric Stone:
- 5th-tier festival event package
- Lv5, 8, and 10 cake of King’s Party event
- Sulis Wishing Pool – extra rewards (Sulis Treasure) after getting all rewards in the pool
3. Refine
Consume the Refine Stone and Gold to redine the civilization equipment to receive extra buffs.
4. Advanced Refine
After all 4 refine attributes reach gold, you can enable the advanced refine function. Advanced refine still consume Refine Stone and Gold.
Each piece of civilization equipment has 50 opportunities for advanced refinement per day.
Romulus Star Atlas
Romulus’s Star Atlas has 15 Blessedness points. Each point can be activated twice, so you can activate 30 times in total.
Amplify Romulus Civilization Equipment to activate these points. You can activate it once after each amplification.
That means you need to amplify 30 times to increase the Star Atlas’s attributes to the maximum level.
After the first round of activations, you can start the second round of activations.
The points after the first activation will glow blue and will turn purple after the second activation.
The activated Star Atlas attributes will take effect unconditionally, without the need to wear the corresponding civilization equipment.
