How to Obtain General Zhang Fei
There are many ways to obtain this general, and here we show only two with relatively high probabilities.
1. Historic General Summoning Event
General Zhang Fei is on the reward list of the event. During the 2025 Spring Festival, you will definitely get this general if you summon him 6 times. After the Spring Festival events, there will be no guaranteed number of summons, but the chance of getting Zhang Fei through the Historic General Summoning event will still be high in the next few rounds of events.
During the event, you must consume the Epic Historic General (Glory) to summon. And, you can get the summoning tool from the 5th-tier festival event package and Super Dragon Awakening Package.
2. Epic Historic General (Premium)
Use the general token to gain a random Epic Historic General from a selection that cannot be recruited in the Tavern. Zhang Fei is in the selection.
So, how can we get the token?
2.1 Alliance Competition
- Legendary League – monarch scores reach 4,300 to earn 1 token.
- Epic League – monarch scores reach 4,200 to earn 1 token.
2.2 Champion Loyalty
Each champion will receive rewards for each level of loyalty. The rewards from level 11 to level 20 include different amounts of Epic Historic General (Premium); the specific amounts are as follows.

2.3 Sealed Imperial Treasury Event
You can use Empire Ancient Coin * 500 to redeem Epic Historic General (Premium) * 1 on the Relic Trading Post page of the event. Redeem chance is 2.
During the event, you should first obtain the Treasure Key. Then, you can use the keys to open imperial treasures and obtain ancient coins.
You can acquire the keys in the following ways.
- Purchase the corresponding packages.
- Complete daily tasks and upgrade the level of the Treasure Trial.
