Evony added a new Duty General, Roger II, during 2025 Easter Event. This general is the third Workshop Officer in the game so far. From the above data, we can see that Roger II is the only one among the three generals who can cause debuffs to enemy troops. Besides, this general’s buff effect on siege machines is also stronger than the other two.
Key Point: After appointing Roger II as a workshop officer, as long as you join the rally in PVP, you can bring a certain weakening effect to the enemy’s defensive troops. I think this is the biggest highlight of this general. And to complement it, Roger II also has a small amount of rally capacity buff.
However, the other two generals also have advantages. Mikhail Kutuzov’s buff effect on in-city troops is the best among the three generals; Gwon Ryul’s buff effect on siege machine training speed and capacity is the best. Between these two generals, Mikhail Kutuzov’s buffs on siege machine attack and defense are better than Gwon Ryul’s, and Gwon Ryul has better buffs on siege machine training speed and capacity.
